Q: What do I need to rent a jumper? A: Enough flat space for the jumper, blower, and kids to run around the front of the jumper to get in and a power source.
Q: What if there is no power source? A: We can provide a power source by renting a generator to you for a fee.
Q: When and what type of payment is accepted? A: Payment is due in full at time of arrival the day of event. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For events totaling over $300.00 there is required security deposit of 25% of the balance.
Q: Does Izzy's Jumpers require a deposit? A: Only for events totaling over $300.00. We do accept multi-payments before the event and 2 different kinds of payment.
Q: Does the customer have to pick up the jumper and drop it off? A: No, we always delivery, set up, and take down.
Q: Is there a delivery fee? A: No, if the location is 15 miles or less from Izzy's Jupmers in the Yorkville/Newark area there is no delivery fee. Customers farther than 15 miles will occur a minuim of $20 surcharge.
Q: Does Izzy's Jumpers maintain their jumpers and other products? A: Yes, we will never bring you a dirty, sticky, or mildew smelling jumper. Izzy's always uses professionals to repair any damages to jumpers, tents, and etc.
Q: How can Izzy's Jumpers guarntee a clean jumper? A: Izzy's Jumpers cleans the inflatable after ever use on the premises that it was rented at?
Q: Does the inflatable ruined my grass? A: No, your grass will only be flatten because use always use a tarp. It will begin to fluff up same day as removal.
Q: Can a jumper be place on cement? A: Yes, we use sand bags to secure the inflatables in place.
Q: Can it be used indoors? A: Yes, as long as there is room. Like, a pole barn, church, and ymca gyms workings well.
Q: What if rain is predicted on the day of my event? A: We wait to look at the weather just the day before. You may cancel 2 hours prior to delivery time. Izzy and customer will make a decision to cancel if weather is greater than 50% chance of rain or thunder storm.
Q: What if it rains when kids are jumping? A: It is safe for kids to play while raining and sprinkling. Use your best judgement to keep kids safe.
Q: What if it starts thundering and lightning when the kids are jumping? A: Remove the children and head in doors until signs of the thunder storm has pasted. Turning off the jumper.
Q: Will the jumper blow away with my kids in it? A: No, we stakes or sand bags to secure the jumper on the ground.
Q: What if the jumper loses power? A: Exit the kids from the jumper first. On Square jumpers there are 2 exits: roof and main entrance/exit. On Slide jumpers there are 3 exits: slide, roof, and main entrance/exit. Then check if someone shut off the blower, circuit tripped, or extension cord got unplugged. Q: How will the customer know if Izzy's Jumpers will show up for the event? A: Izzy's Jumpers will email an invoice to confirm the event. Then the night before your party Izzy will call to confirm time and location.
